本款動力頭（BT40-1主軸動力鏜銑頭），使用哈爾濱軸承總廠生產(chǎn)（可選配進口）的角接觸P5等級精密軸承進行前3 組合與后2組合安裝，主軸是用40GR精鍛后經(jīng)粗加工，熱處理、精加工、磨削而成，并設(shè)置迷宮式防水防塵的作用。安裝使用高速軸承潤滑脂潤滑。動力頭轉(zhuǎn)速達到4500r/min，真圓度小于0.005mm，在鉆、鏜、銑、磨等加工工藝上發(fā)揮*的作用。與電機組配成U字型的動力鏜銑頭或Z字型的動力鏜銑頭，也右側(cè)面安裝。動力頭可配同步帶，三角帶，多楔帶，轉(zhuǎn)速字生產(chǎn)要求定配。特別與伺服主軸電機組合成的鏜銑頭，在鏜、銑、鉆、攻、絞等切削功能上發(fā)揮它的*優(yōu)勢，如配上打刀可快速換刀。
